Return policy / exchanges
Even if washed or worn—free returns apply: 30 days → Full refund, 180 days → Store credit. We’ll email a refund confirmation once your return is processed. Refunds usually issue within 10 business days of receipt. Due to current volumes, some delays may occur—thanks for your patience. ⏳

Free gift conditions
If returns reduce your order below the promo threshold, the free gift must be returned. If you keep it without qualifying, we’ll deduct the cost from your refund or request payment. 🎁

Change/cancel after submitting
Orders cannot be changed or canceled. You can return items; refunds cover the product amount only (shipping is non-refundable).
